CANCELLATION POLICY

💌 Thank you for choosing From Lash Studio! To provide the best service while ensuring safety and satisfaction, please review and sign this liability waiver and policy agreement. This agreement will apply to your first and all future appointments. - Booking & Deposit Policy: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please notify and confirm me or reschedule on the website at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the late cancellation penalty. This deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment only if you reschedule before the 24 hours window. Failure to reschedule the appointment before the 24 hours window will result in forfeiting the deposit and incurring a late cancellation fee of 50% of the assigned service charges. - Late Arrivals: We have 15 minutes of grace period for all appointments. Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and/or may result an automatic cancellation with a 50% cancellation fee. - Preparation for Appointment: Please arrive with clean lashes, free of eye makeup and without curling your lashes. No caffeine at least 7 hours before your appointment, twitching may cause safety issues, interruption and/or delay on the session. Failure to do so may require an additional lash deep cleaning service fee to proceed. - Safety & Studio Etiquette: For safety and sanitation purposes, no extra guests or pets are allowed at your appointment. - No-Show Policy: No-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee. The fee has to be paid before rebooking with us. If you have an unavoidable reason, proof may be requested. More than two no-shows may result in being blocked from future bookings. - Foreign Lash Policy: Clients with existing extensions from another technician will incur additional charges for removal (45 min) and a new full set. Please book accordingly to reserve adequate time. - Fill Policy: Fills must be booked within 2 or 3 weeks of your last appointment and require at least 50% of lash extensions remaining. - Refunds & Fixes: No refunds are provided after services are completed. If you experience issues with your lashes, please contact us within 5 days for a complimentary fix at the earliest convenience.
