CANCELLATION POLICY
💌 Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing From Lash Studio! To ensure the best experience for you and all clients, please review the following policies: 🖤 Booking & Payments: • A non-refundable $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. • The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of your appointment. If you prefer, you may pay the balance in person with a different card, cash, or via Zelle. 🖤 Cancellation Policy: • You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without penalty. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur forfeiture of $30 non refundable deposit. • NO-SHOWS will be CHARGED the 50% service amount. 🖤 Late Policy: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule/cancel the appointment, with 50% cancellation fee applied. 🖤 Studio Etiquette: • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. • No extra guests are allowed during your appointment. • Pets are not permitted in the studio.
